Holiday

This summer we went to Bucking horse BC for a couple of days we had a great time, and I remembered to take the camera so here are some pics (I think pictures are the best memories)
This is in fort st.john, Gordon loved the swing(:
Natalie the slides,
And I the scenary ( everything is welcoming after a day of sitting in the truck)
This is a memorial of a navy ship that sunk around this area.
Taking a walk,
I had my camera with me and could not help taking pictures if everything.
Then it started to rain which was no problem we had taken games along
and it was our first time going camping with a camper.
the next morning we were up bright and early, Playing badminton
something we were determined to learn ( I'm still no Good)

We got to eat breakfast outside
I just figured out that since I made all the pictures I am hardly on any of them.
Then it was on the road again,
Finally we reached Bucking horse which, I think is one if the
most beautiful places I have ever seen, of course on pictures
its not so great but I might as well show some any way

The pump was a big hit.
All to soon it was time to pack up and head to Grande Praire.
Which was Beautiful as well.
We got to see a bear,

Which was a nice treat.
But I forgot to take any pictures in Grande Praire
Which was to bad because we had a great time there as well
By the way speaking of bears, as we were coming out of Bucking Horse
Dad told us there was a bear warning, Good thing he told me then
or else I doubt I would have gone on those walks.
We ended the holiday by spending our last night at slave lake
If you are wondering why it looks like kelvin has green hair
the fact is it is green a slight experiement in Grande Praire.

Some beach time though is was really to cold to call it that
Kelvin tried to get some of the green stuff out of his hair but no success
Making Lunch,

And a deer by the playground There were some babies behind her
but they are in the bushes.
And so ended our holiday it was a lot of fun but we were glad to be home again

Daily Life

Well, I will let you know about some of the things we have been doing Lately. My dad has been Getting snow blowers from China which he sells here again. We thought for sure that we would be done selling them because the snow was gone but then yesterday more snow suddenly decided it wanted to come so now everything is covered in a think layer of snow. This morning dad had a phone call about one of the snowblowers , dad said to him " you probably need one know since we got a big bunch of snow again" and the man said they did not have any where he lived, and the place was called Cold River. I don't get that I wonder where the name came from. My mom has just been busy taking care of us. I am now working at my Oom Roelof where I am reading books aloud for audio books.
Kelvin is taking Organ Lessons and helps my dad very often with the cabin. Thomas does school work but prefers to be outside helping dad with the Toyota ( an other project of dads ). Loren is also doing school work he is just learning how to read which I think he enjoys a lot . Natalie is just starting with schoolwork and proud of it to. she is very helpful sometimes a bit over helpful. Last of all there is Gordon who we are all so happy with, He walks now and gets into everything, he does not really talk yet but he knows how to tell you what he wants. I think he is a bit spoiled (: We also got a puppy we all love him dearly but he gets into our stuff lots so we can hardly do anything outside because he has a way of taking of with everything. Here are some pictures,
I took this picture in Monday, Beautiful spring weather

This is the one from yesterday and the snow came down all night
so now we have like 6" of snow In April!

One of the snowblowers all packed up and ready to get shipped.

And our little trouble maker. As you see if he does not get what he wants
fast then he simply helps himself.
